Eric Bibb‘s Booker’s Guitar (2010) is old-stlye acoustic blues: me and my guitar and a harp and tales to tell. It has a gentle, accomplished, unhurried pace, and while it lacks the gravitas to be an all-time great, it’s understandably called the best acoustic blues album of last year.
